Lodging

All lodging includes a steak dinner for a couple and a full hearty country breakfast. The menu changes with multiple night stays.

The Lodge has 4 rooms with a queen bed, 1 room with a queen bed plus a single bed, and 2 king bed suites that can each accommodate 4 people.

All rooms have a private bath. Some rooms have showers others have tubs with hand held showers.

Whole lodge rentals are available providing exclusive and private use of the lodge. Ask for details and rates with your specific needs.

Rates do not change with seasons.

Dining

All dining is by reservation and often is available to non-lodging guests. A 12 hour notice is requested. We provide meals with the retreats and learning center groups.

Menu (may include nightly specials) include dinner wine or beer, homemade bread, salad, and dessert

In order to hold our costs to a minimum we now only serve Buffet style meals. Each evening the menu changes, Chef’s choice and often includes 2-3 entrées as well as several salads. People love the buffet that Joann prepares….all home cookin’.

Entrées may include steak, grilled chicken breast, smoked ribs/brisket, meatballs and gravy, and other home-cooked treats.

We also provide served dining for special events and requests.

Only Group Luncheons available as schedule allows(ask for menu choices)

Plans are available year-round with some activities, such as trail riding, seasonally based. Talk with us ahead of time to learn what will be available when you are visiting. We are more than happy to help you plan YOUR perfect western vacation, retreat or group/company meeting.

What to Bring
Comfortable, casual western attire: jeans are a must! Also bring a wide-brimmed hat or cap, boots for riding and/or hiking, a warm jacket, medications, personal toiletries, sun screen, a camera, film and any hard liquor you may desire.

Reservations/Cancellations 
All services by reservation only. Thirty-percent deposit is required to confirm reservation. Remainder payable upon arrival. Cancellation policy: Deposits are non-refundable, however, if your stay is postponed the same deposit will apply. Four day cancellation notice is required…arrange for postponements. “NO SHOWS” will be charged the full amount of their scheduled stay, less the deposit previously made.
